on and an and on

the weeks travel on like a rolly poly franciscan monk with too much toilet paper. i guess working five days is good for the bank account. just been doing that and ransacking moreland libraries for their dvd collection. i think coburg is the winner in this respect. i use moreland because i find darabin librairies to be slightly lossy. i must admit i've missed coburg and its certain charm until i went there two weeks ago. i'm really not that far, just a trundle over the suspension bridge with merri creek underneath, pass a primary school, go past coburg tigers home ground and hey presto.

i bought a vinyl copy of the pretty things 's.f sorrow' and i must say again THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST PSYCADELIC POP RECORDS. its went under the radar, partly cause it wasn't released until the end of 1968, even though it was recorded in 67. its a concept album (probably the first) and now i know the story. our man sebastian sorrow is born, grows up a dreamy introverted fellow, falls in love with the girl next door, goes to war, then moves to america and his girl dies in a ballon accident while coming to meet her man. thats all side one. side two just gets strange . sorrow is visited by baron saturday, who takes him on a dreamscape, then sorrow is bitter and tormented and not happy for the rest of the album. great stuff. i'm developing a huge fondness for phil may, i can tell you

i will leave you with this one thought. might it be possible to fasten that which is unfastnable?

oggg oohh

i love the feeling you get when you wake up after sleeping through a hot steamy night. i feel like a cement truck has hit me, its only now that my faculties for livin are returning.its still early in the morning, but i like it, and i've got a day off which is filled with chores and maybe a bit of practcing for our movement show, whenever that be.
spent my whole day yesterday waiting for somthing to happen that didnt. my performance at al wunder in fitzroy was a menage of bad acting and even worse singing, still its too much fun, i'm going to have to cut back on the fun, well i dont think i will cut back on the fun, why should i?
i'm gearing up for a visiting frenzy in december (well 3 people, but they can create a frenzy if they want to) it will be good to play host, and hopefully they can bring some colder weather with them.thats all i have to say, dont know why i even said anything in the first place.
by bye

found the path to my flat

anyone hear of the tame omearas. i really like the two songs I've heard from them. just thought I'd pop that in hello followers. i stuffed up the like again. its just my way i don't like to spend too much time in front of the computer.now my lock has gone on my front door so i cant leave. the computer looks more inviting.
now theres a scattered order song on the stereo, the birds are chirping and the day gets hotter. its almost time for lunch. that's going to be a real good one.really don't have much to say, so i will say this, and this only, its time to go.

oh the chill

its like talking to the parents when the only thing you can talk about is the weather. buying a fan turned out to be a fine idea as my flat is a bit stinky in then hot days, but now i'm wearing a t shirt and i'm almost chilly, almost!

work has been a major acctivity, and keeping an eye on the temperature outside. last night i did the first class in my series of al wunder improvisational movement workshops. it was quite a lot of fun, and i realise how little exercise i've been doing lately. i put in a fine performance with hysterical laughing in there, and the best thing about it was there was no plans beforehand about what it was going to do. i was in real time and it felt real man.
the picture above comes from a recent stint at work but it must have still been cold because i was wearing a jumper. notice the twinkle in my eye. that was meant for the next day but i had saved up to much twinkle dust and had to use it up. i will stop now
